There wasn't anything riding on the result for Arsenal against PSV. Yeah, it sucks the interest out before the kickoff but that doesn't mean the teams can't give us entertaining 90 minutes. But they didn't.
LINEUP
Easily the strongest Arsenal side ever on the bench. The likes of Saka, Odegaard, Rice, and Jesus are bench-worthy in a World XI team on video games. Jesus might do away with the reserves of the team.
Playing XI is not good enough, Arteta should have been brave and pushed a few academy teenagers in there. They are gonna blame you, Mikel, for ruining their Netherlands trip, there was so much they could do visiting nearby cafes.
KNOCKOUT STAGES AWAIT
The Gunners do enter the knockouts in style, topping the table and everything. Facing Bayern in the round of 16 is out of the equation if you know what I mean. A bitter pill to swallow those two matches last time around. I still remember watching on an LCD screen with all-black hair on my head. Things have changed and look much better for the London team, at least.
Cheers and COY Gunners
