200th for Saka, 1st for Mikel !

Believe me or not guys these are the same words I had thought to write for my blog. Mikel is a genius in more than one way, there is no other answer as to how he read my mind :-).

You can argue with me about who is the best No. 7 in world football right now. Stats may not be on my side but I will argue till I sleep that Bukayo is to be counted among contenders. And no I am not high, just a loyal fan.

The fact that none of our players who started against Wolves last week was born last time we played Luton, also at that time in 1991 Mikel may also be getting punished in school for wanting to go and play football or chess, who knows, sounds rather interesting as he likes to study the history, playing style, hairdressers, drivers, and whatnot about the team he plays against. Most of Luton's games before promotion have been played in lower divisions and I wonder how interesting the task of coaching staff would have been in collecting game videos and information regarding literally everything about Luton for Mikel to assess :-).

I still hope he got all the data he had craved. Even if he did not, he would still prepare the lads fantastically well. I just wish the cake-cutting ceremony for Bukayo's 200th takes place before the match, u know a bit of sugar rush won't hurt.

Thankfulness isn't a feeling that arrives easily to me. Yet to Trossard and Odegaard, I thank for doing absolutely nothing in the above instance. Their dawdling gifted us the privilege of witnessing greatness. See, the feeling has gone already. If either had tried to kick the ball anywhere, even towards the referee's forehead, I can give this in writing that the ball would have still ended inside West ham goal for the sixth time. I already wrote it, can't sue me now. Such a game where everything we touched turned goal, well almost. We did not convert everything created because its Arsenal DNA to miss chances and leave the fans with their hands mid air, manager included. Missing chances and still scoring six goals is something to brag about. Exactly what I have been doing since Sunday.     I am not sure how many days we are into this new year 2024. This leap-year stuff makes it hard for me to count the days after the 25th of February. It was the same day when you guys were hovering on my blog, with your right-hand middle finger incessantly pressing F5 and/or swiping down on your smartphones. Remember? yes, you do. Running for a cause

Exclamation signs, even hundreds can't reveal the expressions at my face right now. Although goosebumps on my left arm at this point do appear like a hundred exclamations. Hate me all you want but before the game tonight an Arsenal win was not the first thing I hoped for, it was surely the second, I swear but with all my heart I hoped to watch uninterrupted telecast on my phone as I was and am still travelling through rail. The Arsenal Automatic gun like my internet connection was firing super smooth and fast in the first half barring a little glitch towards the end where I had to flicker the 'Aeroplane mode' tab.       The boss considers this good-looking man called Vincent Kompany his friend, but I don't. That doesn't make Mikel my enemy. Vincent Kompany's only achievement tonight was to feature in the first line of my post. Speaking of enemies, regular readers of the blog know that I am not a fan of Kai Havertz 29. Round three of the FA Cup this year too, had two Premier League clubs matched together. Two title contenders, battle of the juggernauts they were calling it.
